Due to the new health measures for events at the Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit, we would like to inform you that the Catalan WorldSBK Round 2021 will be held complying with all the safety regulations and entrance will only be possible via numbered tickets with an assigned seat.

Therefore, we request that you convert the general passes that you acquired in 2020 or 2019 into new tickets with an assigned seat.

How to update my tickets

Search for an e-mail titled ‘Important: update 2021 tickets’ sent by info@catalunyaworldsbk.com in the same email that you used to purchase the tickets. Remember to check the spam folder if you do not find it in your inbox. Next, follow these steps:

Check your inbox; you will have the tickets ready for downloading or printing.

How does the renewal code work?

The code has as many uses as tickets you have with the same reference of purchase.

For example: if you have four tickets all with the same code, you can carry out a buying process for four tickets. But you could also carry out two buying processes for two tickets each or even four processes for a single ticket.

Once you have renewed all the tickets, the code will stop being active.

And if I haven’t received the mail?

If you have not received the mail with the codes for updating the tickets, contact us by writing to info@catalunyaworldsbk.com or calling +34 937 124 961.

Office hours:
From Monday to Thursday: 8:00-14:00 and 15:00-17:30
Friday: 8:00-14:00

Why do I have to update my tickets?

The general tickets bought during 2020 or 2019 will not be valid for accessing the Barcelona-Catalunya Circuit in 2021.

Currently, your pass is a general one. The change to a numbered seat ticket is obligatory and necessary in order to enjoy the Catalan WorldSBK Round.

The update has no cost

This update does not incur any cost.

It is a new purchasing process via the purchase reference, which works like a code with a 100% discount.

Choose a seat in the grandstands B, G or C

Via the process described below, you have total freedom to choose the seat you want in any of the three grandstands authorised: B, G or C.

The activities programmed and the access allowed for your type of ticket will not be affected.

Children’s and Junior tickets

Children from 0 to 7 years (included) will have a free ticket. There is no need to assign a seat, it is sufficient to mark the number of minors in the corresponding tab. When accessing the site you will be asked to present the Family Record Book or DNI.

Children and adolescents of 8 to 16 years have a Junior ticket available and must be accompanied by an adult. These tickets must also be renewed and a seat number assigned.

We apologise for the inconvenience of this decision, imposed by the current context and in favour of the safety of all the attendees. We remind you, that in the case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, or its being held behind closed doors, we will refund the full amount for the tickets.

We appreciate your trust in the celebration of the Catalan WorldSBK Round…

see you on the 17th, 18th and 19th of September!
